The studio’s process unfolds across three integrated phases: Conceptual Design, where mood boards, sketches, and preliminary plans define the vision; Design Development, which finalizes layouts, materials, custom elements, and budgets with full documentation; and Implementation, where procurement, coordination, and installation bring the design to life. Alfonsina Romero also supports clients with launching, organizing event programming, styling, and media outreach—ensuring every detail is considered from the first concept to the final reveal.
